Cadaqués on Spain’s Costa Brava definitely has a bit of magic to it, and just like the best Greek islands, I’m sure I’ll have many a hater for disclosing some of the village’s much-loved spots but for you guys. I first came to Cadaqués over 10 year ago with my friend Georgie and her family who grew up coming here. For a gang of girls in their early twenties, it was the dream place to stay up till dawn, chain-smoke on the beach and stock up on straw baskets and espadrilles in the markets. These days when we visit friends or stay by ourselves, we’re more about the early morning swims, long walks and seaside suppers.
